 Doped tungsten wires are manufactured by the high technology of doping,acid,washing, isostatic pressing, PLC controlled direct-sintering, swaging and auto feeding. The products are featured with minimum deformation at high temperatures, high recrystallization temperatures, uniformity in dimension and excellent coilability.

Use: Used for making stranded(spiral) tungsten wire, tungsten heater elements, filaments, lamp filaments, coiled –coil filaments, support , electrode and lead etc.

Cleaned Tungsten Wires
Use: The surface of electrolytic polished tungsten wire shall be smooth, clean, gray silver with metal luster. The tungsten wire features excellent formability, long life and super lighting efficiency. Mainly used for making various electron tube, H series auto lamp, halogen lamp and other special lamp.
Classification:
A: Electrolytic cleaned, polished
B: Electrolytic cleaned , polished and straightened.

Tungsten Spiral&Heater Elements (Polished or cleaned)
Tungsten heater elements features: Long life, high melting point and high corrosion resistance.
Mainly used : Vacuum metallic-membrane coating; aluminizing kinescope, chronoscope, mirrors, plastics and various decorations. Spiral /Stranded Tungsten Wire is also used in semiconductor heating parts ,or and vacuum heating resistors etc.
